    Continuing from Post #18

In the stdout.txt that I have posted in #18 there is some rows that I can't understand, especially row 2204 and 2209

The row 2197 is also interesting. This is nothing that my script is printing. Could that mean that here is something wrong with the mod?

    for example:

I think game.interface.bulldoze() has been removed from the game entirely.

game.interface.bulldoze can remove a station I just build a few seconds ago...

When I try to bulldoze my test station (console command seen in image below) I get repeated errors like the snap from stdout.txt above. Could it be that doug is right that bulldoze no longer exists?

eis_os Please tell me what I have to do.

Danach try and error.

    Regarding your post:

To what will it help to solve the problem I have? You suggest that the fault is probably with me and that it is not always wrong in a mod or in the game.

I have nowhere written that there is a fault caused by the mod. I only show one station and to the modder (sent a PN) I have clearly stated that I do not think the fault is in the mod as it has not been updated since March "on Steam" and yes I have already checked the files!

What is the cause of this error, will probably not turn out as the solution as I see it and tips from others is to bulldoze away the construction that creates the problem. To make it clear for you. I need help to get the bulldoze function in a script to work as a station can't be bulldozed in the game due to a CTD when it's showing up.

Therefore, I kindly ask you in the future not to write more in this post if you have nothing sensible to say.

CommonAPI2 works ok with the newest game version. Steam Build 29596

I have updated the game again to 29596

    1. How to open the commonAPI console in this new version? I got a different window, but I can't find the console.
    2. I wish to test bulldozing this station where I have a small new started game with only needed mods activated.
    3. What about the different Entity numbers on this station? (This is the same station the should be bulldozed in my game, but I can't get it into a view as that will immediately create a CTD.)

I think there will be a problem as the station seems to be built with a couple of separate Entities.

The script has only found the id 22607

Here I can show the info from the debug window Alt Gr +D

    Entity id= 22607

    Entity id= 22571

Thanks' I have downloaded the Eis_is mod. Restored the game inte a version that allow the mod to work.

But I can't figure out on how to bulldoze. In the console I write: game.interface.bulldoze(255363), nothing happens, even in the test game where I only have one station (of course the id is something else)

    Back to basic.

I'm testing the script on a working savegame where I have built one station.

By opening the debug console I can see the Entity number for the station and it is confusing me a lot, as the Entity number is changing upon the part I'm clicking on. One of these numbers are equal to the "id" number written in the DEBUG print. The rest are numbers close to the Debug id (about 20).

Please give me a hint on how to proceed.

    Thank's for the support.

I have used this small code (inside the spoiler) to find the id number, but I think the id is not right as bulldozing is givning me an error:

    >> game.interface.bulldoze(255363)

error: [string "game.interface.bulldoze(255363)"]:1: attempt to call field 'bulldoze' (a nil value)

    stack traceback:

    =[C](-1): bulldoze

    game.interface.bulldoze(255363)(1): ?

DEBUG PRINT: 46 Found name= Lower Cary id = 255363

I thought I could make this script from my TpF1 experience, but no.... There are some other code names in use as I can't write the proper code. Please is there anyone that can help me creating a script that can search in the list of stations to find the station name "Lower Cary" and make a delete?

You can switch to older game versions: https://www.transportfever2.co…php?id=gamemanual:updates

This was perfekt! Thank you VacuumTube.

I have restored the game into version 29485 (3 July) :)

    From this point

    • I can delete the station and update the game to see how it will behave when building the same in the latest beta.
    • or just play and hope a future beta will fix the issue. I have e-mailed a detailed information to UG.

    Edit:

Deleting the station creates a new crash :(

    • Restored the game to 29433, still crashing...

Only one option left is to delete the station by scripting...

In my investigation I have found that this CTD occur when I get a railway station viewed on the screen (just a small piece is needed). I'm sure that it has nothing to do with the mod it self as there has been no mod updates lately, but UG has made game updates...

Sadly I can't get back to the previous game version. Beta and official version (29596) seems to be the same for the moment. Can anyone confirm this?

    Interesting details:

    • I can select the config mode on an different station, then move the map so I can see the railway station which isn't possible in normal view.
    • I can build the same station on a different place and it works.

Today I entered the beta test area again and got version 29596, but after some testing I got a new CTD. That is why I returned to Steam setting to reset the game in no beta test.

I'm not getting the previous official version. I have also validated the files in the game directory. Is the last "beta" version also the official version... ?

    Here is the CTD info:

Nachdem ich jede Mod einzeln aktiviert habe, habe ich festgestellt, das es an dieser Mod liegt:

    https://steamcommunity.com/sha…iledetails/?id=1935233592

    Code
    c:\build\tpf2_steam\src\game\model\bridge_transformator_util.cpp:104: struct std::pair<int,int> __cdecl bridge_transformator_util::CalcUserTransfs::<lambda_6e9b5bbcf12b525f9521eeff96180b37>::operator ()(const struct ecs::component::Bridge &,int) const: Assertion `false' failed.
    c:\build\tpf2_steam\src\game\ui\util\builderrenderer.cpp:633: void __cdecl UI::BuilderRenderer::Clear(bool,bool): Assertion `!m_proposalEngine' failed.

    Danke für deine Mühe.

Die Terminals sind "default" alles laden und entladen. Der Transporter is jetzt alt, status "BAD" wird angezeigt und er hat bis jetzt nichts transportiert
