  • Wow, great progress!

What is your approach to a heliport? I'm slowly working on that as well, but haven't got it figured out yet.

  • Maybe you can make a very small helicopter terminal/building which we can put next to a hospital or next to a villa

  • We all owe you a medal my friend if you can make this happen ;)

  • TPF2 does not realize the vertical take-off and landing function, which is the limitation of the game itself.

At present, I can only climb/land the helicopter as short as possible. (Similar to the airship series MOD I made in TPF1.)

So far I have considered a solution,

I am going to model a helicopter terminal (airport) on the roof.

This prevents the helicopter from landing on the ground. After the helicopter leaves the apron, it will climb/land directly in the air.

The UG development team owes me a medal.8)

    • It is looking nice. From my observations of helicopter movements(when the pilots have are required by ATC, mostly bigger green helicopters) is that they will taxi around an airport in a manor similar to airplanes, how ever just slightly lifted off the ground if on skids or roll if wheeled landing gear. Generally speaking, as soon as the pilots had them on the runway, it was balls to the wall, lift up and go fast when cleared for take off.

  • Very nice

  • Bell 222?

  • Ahhhh!!! <3 just wow!

  • Wow.... Very cool....

    Great Work.
