Do you have error messages or is something just not showing up as you want it?

Did you try out the model viewer? For vehicles, that program is a real help:

Model Viewer -
nothing appears there either

So just to get this clear: does the game fail to start, or does the game not find Your train?
In the former case, you certainly already tried to move your trains directory out of the game files and checked again.
In the latter case, I have found this to be usually caused by an incomplete .mdl file. Here is what solved this problem for me: Assuming You use Blender and Merks excellent addon, select the basic object, father of all, top of stack, whatever you like it to be called. Then, under the "Object" register on the right, find Metadata. At the very end of this box, you will find "Carrier". Adjust this to "Train" or other suitable setting: this will open a set of other data entry fields relating to speed, masses etc. If those values are missing from the .mdl, this tends to cause the game to ignore the new mod on my system.
With the Model Viewer, the relevant errors are usually shown on the secondary screen. Later, if it aborts without any comment, this is often due to animation issues: if the .mdl requests animation data in a .msh file but cannot find any keyframes in there, this will kill both the Model Viewer and TPF and cause an unceremonious return to desktop.

Resuming progress on the IC225, sorry it's been a while, I've managed to map textures to objects, only cubes and stuff, TPF model viewer refuses to launch now and I've been having a few problems with my PC lately. I may release an early version in the next few weeks, just a plain white livery, just to see what you guys think. Also progress may be slow as its almost exam time and the weather is finally perking up in Britain.

Made some minor changes to the model, still trying to get the front of the roof a bit more curved. Also I'm now working with @velvetmafia who is currently working on some concept textures. Screenshots soon.

Can't wait

Update:
The Virgin Trains concept livery is complete and I've made some more adjustments to the model.
@velvetmafia has been hard at work getting this amazing livery done:

It looks amazing! Can't wait until it's released.
Edit by Yoshi: Removed unneccesary full quote. Please read the forum rules. -

MK4 Carriages:
I have the passenger and buffet cars done, only the DVT to go, maybe an early access version next week for anyone who wants to try it.

This looks amazing! Can't wait until its released!

Just doing some testing and tweaking, waiting for velvet to get the coach textures done. Also here's the GNER livery.
-
Are the LNER and Intercity liveries planned for this train?
-
I haven't yet seen the new LNER liveries after the ECML's re-nationalisation, but the Intercity livery is.
-
Thank you for the answer.

Finally shot and edited a short preview for you guys. Take a look and tell me what you think.

Hey TheMasterNerd.
Great to see progress on this, and that Velvet is helping. It'll make a great addition to the British stock on the workshop.
But before that, could you rework the buffers? They're really not looking right at the moment. They need to be bigger, and further apart...

Is it just me or is the locomotive a bit.....square? The real thing is a bit slanted on the sides, it's got a little cheek fat.
Your model looks like something straight out of SketchUp.
