Awesome! You're a real machine.
Since you mentioned the elephant: When I chose one of your 90ies car lately I got a pink miniature Porsche convertible. What is that? Something like the elephant?

That's the same idea #eastereggs;
When you have selected al NEXT icons, you have no model selected, then the Porsche toy car will show. It's available in 3 colors which are set at random.
The elephant will also require that 'none' is selected for the add-ons and it offers a scaling option (using the steering slider).
A similar Easteregg, as with the Dutch taxis with the 6-door Pullman limousine 🙂
A probably stupid question, but how do I uninstall CommonAPI?
If I remove the mod folder my game won't start anymore.
OMG! To be honest, the place-anyware rotary lights are just a brilliant idea! Am I right seeing that the blue and red rotaries are included as well?
This will mean so many more emergency vehicles
and yes, I also do appreciate your precious work on the T3 additions
Hush hush but there could be another easter egg;
Don't read the spoiler if you wish to find it yourself!!
This one is quite well hidden, so only once a guide;
You will be able to get only a single red or blue rotary light.
-Select no model
-Select no add-on
-Select lights: Emergency
-Set turn wheel slider to the far right
-Select capacity kind Industrial for blue or select Residential for red
-Optionally set the turn-lights to on to get an animation on the rotary light
My man <3... haven't (yet ) checked the spoiler - but still am amazed already!
THANK YOU!
Now modding the last bits, the carpack.
For the license plates the carpack will update the material of the base pack to the respective country of the carpack.
Think that is actually most effective, it applies to all standard catalogue colors.
Unfortunately the plates won't be unique.
3 packs to start with; Dutch, German and Swiss, each having a Caravelle and Transporter.
Together you will get all, and the last loaded will define the licence plates. If the base pack is loaded after the carpack(s) the default dealer plates will be used, also for the KI traffic.
The Volkswagen T3 series is fully updated.
If you've followed my thread you'll know what to expect , so I'll just say; Enjoy!!! And leave a screenshot in the forum for me ;).
PS; For maps with an old T3 mod active I advise to enable the new version after the old, but not to disable the old.
You can use the seperate mod to hid the asset menu for the old version.
Also be aware that the Road traffic mods are not backwards compatible with the old Road traffic version.
Made/making a catalogue for the T3, mainly for the uploads to Steam :).
During the coming week I'll release the T3's on Steam for those who prefer.
The catalogue for the T3 is finished, some use case images will really finish these off
And for each also an asset guide, but once you get how the mod's work you won't need these, the easter eggs you'll have to find yourselves
The mods are now also available on Steam.
Many variations! That was really a great work!
What's next? VW T3, Ford Transit or Mercedes UNIMOG ...? 😏
Next ... I'm thinking Scania 143 but that has some 3D work to do still, so first you'll see ... uhm maybe Audi Avus(?).
It's so much!! .. It is so good!!!
I'm thinking Scania 143
ou yes, would love that
The Avus doesn't need much work, so that's going to be finished first.
The concept car dates back to 1991, it never made it to production, however in TpF it will ;).
The car will become available to the public as an electric car in the year ... hmmm yes what should that be ... 2041, 2061 ... 2091 ???
The concept is only abvailable in polished aluminium (of course asset & driving), the electic version comes with color blend and a few changes, additional brake&turn lights, no visible engine parts and exhaust and slightly smaller rims.
It looks good, but it's too special for me personally. If so, I would probably have preferred the Audi TT.
I prefer classics among the cars ...
What I would like to see would be pony cars like the Ford Capri or Opel Manta. Or a nice VW Beetle convertible or even the NSU Ro80.
But these are just my ideas.
But it doesn't matter, it's nice that you dedicate yourself to AI traffic. Your mods bring variety to the streets of TFP2
Completely agree; it's most usefull as an asset, maybe I'll even set the asset to not allow multiples, so you can have just one concept car, like in real.
I kind-a like the AVUS, so thinking to make it available as of 2036 or earlier maybe ???.
available as of 2036 or earlier maybe ???.
Looks cool. Wouldn't be now the right time to bring a electic version to the market?...lets hope it has sufficient range and it's not too expensive.
