Just took the 507 for a test drive. A drive in game it is almost as fun as driving the real thing
The detailing is done and I also made the 2nd lod, though the model is fairly heavy coming in at just under 150k tris, I will compensate that with 4 or 5 lods and simple textures. The test drive with only high level meshes was smooth :). But what else would you expect from the most expensive BMW on the market, LOL

@'SM1 aus HOT nice alfa indeed, and maybe the BMW 507 is the start of a 50'-60' car pack. But before that more BMW's and maybe an 80's set. At least the latest arrival in my mod editor is an E30 touring.

neh, I'll just give it away for free HOLD ON. 4Euro a model, means my 90's pack is worth 100Eur per download, with about 35000 downloads that's an easy 3.5mil! The 00's pack is another 2.4mil and sure the trucks could go for higher prices.
So sorry guys, from now on my mods won't be free any more, I'm going to shop for a yacht

I really think that's a great idea. I've been waiting for the possibility of building a fair in TPF 2 for so long. It would also be nice if every ride had a sound effect or a single sound cube with typical fairground noises. If there was a night mode in TPF 2 then it would be perfect with all the lights and sounds. Imagine

. The M1 & Z8 are looking good so far. The 7 series not so much, I was just working on it but now will switch to another model, but then I started the 850i last year and that wasn't looking good then either. For the Z1 I meanwhile got the LOD's made so think I'll now have a look at the lower LOD's for the 850... or I may start yet another model -

You're right. They were just examples for surely favorite ones. But yes: The regular variants, even as station wagon, are great, too.
The E30, E36 (as M- and standard variants), the E30 station wagon and convertible, the BMW 5 E34 and so on.

I spent some more time on the Autohaus set, today I've build an extension based on the 2 story Mercedes Autohaus (Faller kit #344). It's a bit modified to fit my actual model, but I will also do an original version of that. First though the BMW version. To make even more room for a proper Bko car dealer I added one extra showroom
.Also I reached out to PeugeotRacer for material/texture support and he will happily assist. Together with all options I have in mind it can become a real eye-catcher
Nothing is in game yet so a few quick screenshots from the editor;

So great! Especially the co-work with PeugeotRacer. This will give the buildings the final, "polished" touch with well picked matching textures. Great!
