Hi,
gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dass TpF2 die workshop mods nicht sieht, also ausgeblendet werden?
wenn ich das workshop-Verzeichnis manuell leere, erhalte ich dennoch einen Fehler wie
error in file /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780/1908125302/mod.lua: cannot open /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780/1908125302/mod.lua: No such file or directory
#!/bin/sh
if [ ! -d /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780.bak ]
then
mkdir /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780.bak
fi
mv /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780/* /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780.bak/
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=.:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH ./TransportFever2
mv /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780.bak/* /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780/
Danke
Hi,
is there a possibility to hide Steam workshop mods from TpF2?
If I manually clear the contents of the workshop folder, I get an error like:
error in file /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780/1908125302/mod.lua: cannot open /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780/1908125302/mod.lua: No such file or directory
To just unsubscribe from the workshop mods isn't a solution for my purpose:
I copy all my mods in to the game's "mods" folder and keep also those from steam them up to date. I.e. always a steam mod gets updated I copy the data into the corresponding folder below the game's "mod" folder.
I tried a minor modification of the run.sh
#!/bin/sh
if [ ! -d /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780.bak ]
then mkdir /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780.bak
fi
mv /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780/* /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780.bak/
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=.:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH ./TransportFever2
mv /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780.bak/* /home/pane/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/1066780/
this has following effect: directly before starting TransportFever2 the workshop mods are moved to another folder and moved back after TransportFever2 exits. I experienced that Steam doesn't touch the game's workshop folder as long the game is running.
But that procedure doesn't work producing the above error. Thus I assume TpF2 has another source for information of installed workshop mods.
Does anyone have an Idea?
thank you
Update:
~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/workshop/appworkshop_1066780.acf
is also not the data source / ist auch nicht die Datenquelle..
