Ich würde mal auf einen ziemlich starken Personenmagnet Industrie oder Gewerbe tippen, bevor er anfängt, die Leute wieder auszuspucken. Die Straße nach hinten endet hinter der Kuppe, und vor dem sichtbaren Bereich ein ebenso starker Personenmagnet Wohnen, weit genug weg, um keine Personen latschen zu lassen (oder die Fußgänger sind noch nicht angekommen).
