I would like to rise a tilting train speed in curved tract to 20~30% higher than other trains. How should I do in the mdl file?

Since maximum speed in curves is defined on the track you‘re using, you can‘t make specific train types use a higher maximum speed than the track allows.

or Realistische Kurvengeschwindigkeiten / Real curve speeds 1.7 from me.

Thank you for information. Both mods are changed the track speed, that means every train runs on this track will get the same curved speed. My idea is only change the curved speed on a specific train.

As already written, that is not possible.

as isii already wrote, the maximum speed of a train is defined by the max speed of the rail it is running on. It is simply not possible to raise the max speed above the speed defined by the track. Your only option is to either accept that you can't raise the speed for this specific train, or raise the track speed for all trains.

Ist der Umgekehrte Fall stattdessen möglich? Also die Geschwindigkeit für alle Züge bis auf 'tilting trains' in Kurven zu veringern....

Das ist aus dem gleichen Grund nicht möglich, außer du verringerst die Höchstgeschwindigkeit des Zuges insgesamt, was aber für die gesamte Fahrt gilt und wieder ein fester Wert ist. Das würde dann so funktionieren, dass du einen (fake-)Waggon mit der gewünschten Höchstgeschwindigkeit einreihst.

so it getting limited by the developer? because I try to make some parameter and function in track.lua before, before asking this question but it didn't work

It has been tried before by different people but unfortunately there's no good enough way to do any of this. Even the animation of having the train tilt was too difficult to implement. Of course it would be a very cool feature to have, and if enough people contact the devs to ask them about it, maybe it's possible they'll add some sort of support for modders.
