I've considered it, but chose to leave that distinction aside for the time being. I had planned such a thing
for a possible future update. Even more so, because I may have found a soundfile of the original V188. But
for that I need a specialist.

because I may have found a soundfile of the original V188.
Do you mean this sound?

-
Exactly that one. I know there's some discussion on this - mainly on the Drehscheibe HiFo - if it's the real deal.
There's one other soundbite of an old V188 driving by, who almost all agree is the real deal - and that one sounds
quite like that sound so I tend to agree that that MP3 is correct. And furthermore: it sounds good.

Berliner Busse, juchu!

I'm not dead. Just extremely swamped with reallife things. Nothing sad, troublesome or dramatic: just work, interesting careerchanges and a pregnant wife who enslaved me
for all kinds of work around the house... When working on TF, I have to do it in secret like an ex-smoker hitting it up in the garage - constantly looking over his shoulder and
waving at the smoke.
That being said - look what rolled into my garage, amidst fag-ends and empty crates of beer: the Mighty BBÖ 214 made by Franzl...

OK, time to crack the knuckles and turn on the battlemusic...
-
The progress so far. As usual with steamers, it's three steps forward, one step backwards. You would think that with already doing a couple of BBÖ's
the procedure would be repetitive and easy. Easy? No. The procedures are comparable, but not the same. Oh no. Definitely not. If you would be stubborn
and just ruthlessly apply the same color, shades and weathering on every locomotive they would roughly look the same - but they would also look like sh*t
when one would scrutinise a bit. As such, every locomotive is its own project. -

Gebt Cadoras einen nackten Würfel und er Texturiert dir einen ICX mit viel Schmutz draus! XD
Gibt man Ihm eine schöne Lok, dann wird ein Kunstwerk draus
