@'Gwinda: Beautiful looking model of the litt (BR) D You have there!
I am looking forward to seeing the loco in the game eventually. -
I just released a new TFGM version that supports DLC mods. Just register and install them as you do with regular mods. This is still WIP...
The info.lua must have the new variable type ="DLC" to be recognized as a DLC.You can register, install, uninstall, remove it, tag it etc... as you can with ordinary mods.
-
Mods won't be recognised as DLCs by the game, regardless what you are writing into the info.lua. This only belongs to TFGM.
-
I recall that some people wanted this DLC to be Train-Fever.net exclusive, Steam exlusive or both Steam and Train-Fever.net.
To be able to install the DLC outside Steam, the managers must have a way to tell a DLC from a mod. That is why the Type was approved and added by Basil, so we (TFMM and TFGM) could tell them apart and install the Nordic DLC in the dlcs folder and not as a mod in the mods folder
This is not TFGM specific, but an addition to the info.lua to aid mod managers. -
I have translated TF into Swedish and I believe it will be included in the next updated.
I don't think we will need to include Swedish town and street names into the DLC once the TF update has been released. However, I have attached the very same name files I sent to UG.
-
Good job with the Swedish town and street names!
I have just finished some more Swedish trains: Litt Y1 and Y2 in five different liveries. In the foreground is my previously shown Y6. All in all, three diesel cars covering 1953-today.
The Y2 is the same model as the DSB IC3, which someone already modeled, but I realized this too late, so I did my own version from scratch. That's what you get for not paying enough attention to the forum I guess. I also didn't know about the Beta deadline that recently passed. So I guess these trains will only be in the final version. If it will be released, because as I understand, there is still not enough models to make a complete DLC, right?/Anton

I know the deadline has passed, but we are still pending on some new features in the upcoming TF update. We need to verify and adjust these new features before we can release anything anyway.
For me, I'm waiting on the power poles change, so we can have more than one power pole model.
I know that we are waiting for some new shader support as well.I have prepared a huge Signal update with wooden power poles. Just waiting for the TF update so I can test.

The amount of times I have been on a Kustpilen is ridiculous, great job creating them, reminds me so much of my childhood.
As I am not apart of the mod team in any way shape or form, I dont know what stages in the modding process you are at.
I would like to inquire whether anyone is currently or has worked on the "This is the X-10" ?
The X-10 is a train that you can see all over the South of Sweden, probably the most common public transport/commuting train from Skåne/Småland and Blekinge.
Multiple companies operates them.Good job so far guys, y'all have done amazing work. I love just popping my head in every once in a while to be astounded!

If someone wants to give it a try. Here is what I found in my archive.
and the paint instruction...

Wonderful to see Anton's work here.
Are there any plans on incorporating the Swedish passenger coaches of 1960s model?
These coaches were introduced to the Swedish national railways in the early 1960s and are still in use by various privately owned companies today. Here are the schematics if it helps:

Edit: Fixed textures.It's a Co2b now, not a Bo2b. Well, it was renamed to Bo2b in 1956. Co2b originally being 3rd class, Bo2b 2nd class, and Ao2b 1st class.

I like all this wooden stuff
Some quick research told me that this railcar is from 1921? -
-
I stole some time yesterday, and started something new. I'll leave it a mystery for now.
No promises when it'll be done. It'll be just like any previous mods: something I do in between other things going on. But I can say I've been hoping to do it for quite some time now.

Looks more like a NSB Di7 or Di8?
-
@Larhfande: Your second guess is already built by another modder so it wouldn't make much sense to build it again
