  • I updated the language file download :-) Thanks for the input @Vitaro

FYI: The flag for each language is saved in the *.locale File as base64 encoded binary data.
If you don't want to (or can) save the flag to the locale file, just place a small *.png file of the flag (about 25x15 px) with the same name in the folder.
I did this for fr, ru and es now.

  • Erstmal FROHE WEIHNACHTEN euch allen

    Renfe / AVE / Talgo
    Verschiedene Bahnhöfe
    Untergrundbahnhöfe
    Hochbahnhöfe
    Verschiedene Lokschuppen
    Ausgereifte verschiedene Brücken
    Schneeberge
    Signale
    IC / ICE
    Stadler ICE

  • Hi again

There seems to be an issue with some mods that are compressed-with 7-zip, looks like TPFMM tries to decompress .7z files with unzip:

    Code
End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of /mnt/disk/compr/Transport Fever/game/TPFMM/download/nown_post_mod_vehicles_usa_1.7z or
            /mnt/disk/compr/Transport Fever/game/TPFMM/download/nown_post_mod_vehicles_usa_1.7z.zip, and cannot find /mnt/disk/compr/Transport Fever/game/TPFMM/download/nown_post_mod_vehicles_usa_1.7z.ZIP, period.
  • Hallo @oln

The problem is that Xanos tool have no instructions for the "7z"-format. I have see that in the 7z-file - with you have problem - the folder with the files is correctly include. So, that you can extract the Folder with an unpack program and then the folder pack in an new ZIP-File. Give the ZIP-File the exactly same name why the folder name and press CTRL + O in Xanos program, then select the new ZIP-File and let it Xanos program make for you.

But i read in your console report, that you have post as code, you use linux. Ubuntu? Debian? When your system not have an definition for "7z"-format, then i think the best way is, first install an packet that "7z"-instruction installed.

  • Okay, I thought the mod manager supported 7-zip files, or at least the mod page claims it does, maybe it only does on Windows at the moment?, I'm on Ubuntu. The mod itself is fine and I have the 7-zip packages installed, so that's not the issue.

It should be easy enough to add support for it on Linux though using the command line version of 7-zip that is easily installable on modern distributions (TPFMM could even prompt if it was missing.), and it should be simple enough on windows as well. It's something I could even contribute myself if the source code of the mod manager was available.

(Paket p7zip-full)
