To be honest, I really have no idea
Since the Release of TpF, i've been following Mod releases on both Steam Workshop and tpf | net and downloaded about 95% of the mods created for TpF on those two platforms. I've even had the DMA mods and some other deleted mods... In this time, I've never seen any mod looking like this... The Mod which came into my mind instantly when I saw those flowers is the placable Trees Mod by KarlCharlson, but since you seem to be using it quite often in your screenshots, I'll just guess that those flowers are not included there...
There are some other databases for TpF-Mods like Transport-Games.ru and some smaller ones, maybe you can find this mod there, but be careful. Apart from Transport-Games.ru, smaller websites could be unsafe
Currently though I believe that this modification is User-Made and not available on any website, but this is just my opinion, it doesn't have to be right...(wow, this was longer than I thought it would be

The mod u gave is just some 2d textures for the fields. On the mod im looking for grass is 3d model -

ohh. That looks really nice. Hope @Dieter-65 can give the answer. Btw. the Fruehling liegt in der Luft - Mod is also nice, but only the trees work in TPF

Im actually russian and one of the administrators of the biggest TPf VK page, related with transportgames, so ofc i did. But nothing.

The models are from the net - for example

search for heather.I used Notepad++ , Photoshop CS2 and Blender to work them on for TPF.
(all programs are free )But there will bee a lot of polygons, decimate them with Blender, may be a weak graphic card will make problems.
