Ich bin immer noch sehr unsicher was .con und .mdl angeht. Bastel mir da immer noch aus anderen Vorlagen was zusammen -
Probier einmal aus, die Zeilen "animation = { }" rauszunehmen. Die sind nicht nötig: darin wird ja keine Animation verlangt.
Mir fällt auch in deiner .mdl auf, daß du eine ganze Reihe von einzelnen LoDs hast, die aber alle von 0-500m sichtbar sind. Wenn das keinen Grund hat, den ich gerade nicht erkenne, könntest du das auch alles zusammenfassen.
Probier mal die angehängte .mdl aus. Ich habe die erwähnte Zeile auskommentiert und die LoDs alle zusammengefaßt.

Ausserdem fehlen die Angaben für die Bounding-Box (siehe Fehlermeldung). bbMax und bbMin sind beide leer. Um diesen Fehler wegzubekommen kannst Du erstmal Nullwerte reinschreiben (später sollte da natürlich irgendwas den Dimensionen des Models entsprechendes drin stehen:
